DinerHunt is a restaurant discovery tool that extracts restaurant information from publicly available social media content (TikTok and Instagram reels). Users paste video URLs, and the Service uses AI to extract structured restaurant data for personal use.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

The restaurant information extracted by DinerHunt is derived from publicly available social media content. DinerHunt does not claim ownership of the original content. The extracted data is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Original content remains the property of its respective creators and platforms.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party APIs (Meta, TikTok, Google, OpenAI) that may have their own terms and limitations. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

7. Accuracy of Information

Restaurant information is extracted using AI and may contain errors. DinerHunt does not guarantee the accuracy of extracted names, locations, menu items, prices, or other details. Always verify restaurant information before visiting.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DinerHunt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time.
